Returns Procedure

Please enclose the dispatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to Squadra Games. For your protection we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please highlight on the outside of the package 'Return to Origin'.
