A player passes you the ball near midfield. With a dribble, you get rid of your marking. You gather speed and, when you approach another opponent, you pass the ball to a teammate. As you slip your marker, your teammate kicks the ball back at you with a quick one-two dodging your opponent. Running quickly towards the goal and almost on the edge of the penalty area, you see the goalkeeper close to the goal post. You hit the ball with all your might and follow its course with your eyes as it approaches the goal. See how the goalie flies towards the path that your shot describes....

A strategy football game?

SOLO FUTBOL is a football board game for two players that accurately recreates a real football match. Each player acts as the coach of one of the teams playing. There is a squad of goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards available for you. With the help of the dice, simple rules, some templates and your strategy, you will be able to simulate all the actions that take place in a football match. Passes, dribbles, steals, fouls, free kicks, shots on goal... anything is possible!

Unlike a computer game where you can only handle the player with the ball possession, in SOLO FUTBOL you will control all your players at all times. This allows you to perform as a real player in a real football match, using individual actions or complex moves such as one-twos, pressure all over the field, playing with your defenders pushed up or leaving the opponent offside.

What makes our game different?

The SOLO FUTBOL team has developed an innovative system which makes the actions seem simultaneous. Its mechanics combines great performance realism with a low degree of difficulty. Players move one by one alternating attacker and defender, not an entire team at once. This makes the duration of a turn variable, so matches last 90 minutes like in real football match and not a predetermined number of turns.

In addition, we have developed a unique deviation and rebound template for the passes and shooting, where the ball can move to any box in the field, in order to avoid, as it happens in other sports simulation games, the so called "dead boxes" (in which the ball can never end up), making a much more realistic game.

The coach will move all his players and decide the actions depending on the strategy required in every moment. No match will be the same as any other and every move or play will always be different.
